At times, even the client witnesses the test at such a facility, where they test the vehicle with our bullet resistant glass by conducting shooting tests for quality assurance.
We follow stringent quality testing procedures from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing process to check for glass quality in terms of transparency, distortion, glass dimensions with measurements against given tolerances, and glass curvature where bending is applicable for bullet-resistant glass.
Our BR glass is warranted for three years from the date of manufacture against any defects caused by water ingress or air entering inside glasses, causing bubbles to appear on the inside of the glass.
